Hours
Hours at 750 Dundas St W
Three schedules run at 750 Dundas St W #11, Toronto, and they are not the same: the front door, walk-in registration with Dr. Harris Hashim, and booked appointments. The door is open longest, because the pharmacy on site sets it — so an open door is not the same as a doctor being in. Here is all three, in full.
Open right now?
That badge, when it loads, tracks one thing only: the front door — the widest window the building is staffed, which the on-site pharmacy sets, not Dr. Harris Hashim’s own schedule. It is the right answer to “can I get in the door” and the wrong answer to “can I see a physician”. The three windows below are the ones that decide whether you will be seen, and they are correct whether or not the badge has rendered.
Front door
- Mon – Fri
- 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Sunday
- 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
The widest window the building is staffed, set by the pharmacy on site. An open door does not mean a physician is in.
Walk-in with Dr. Harris Hashim
- Mon – Thu
- 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Friday
- 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
No appointment and no referral, but you must arrive inside a window — registration stops when it closes.
Booked appointments
- Mon – Thu
- 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm · 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
A set time rather than a queue. Booked by phone on (416) 681-0444.
The short version: if the pharmacy is open but the walk-in window has closed, you can collect a prescription, and you cannot be seen. Check the walk-in and appointment rows, not the door.
Walk-in hours
Walk-in registration is open during these windows. No appointment and no referral — arrive inside a window and bring your Ontario health card.
- Mon – Thu
- 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Friday
- 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Walk-in covers single, immediate concerns — colds, infections, minor injuries, refills. What walk-in treats, and what to bring.
Appointment hours
Booked appointments run wider than walk-in at both ends of the day. If you need a set time rather than a queue, this is the schedule that matters.
- Mon – Thu
- 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm · 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Booking is by phone — call (416) 681-0444. There is no online booking form and no virtual care; visits are in person at 750 Dundas St W #11.
Closed midday
The clinic closes in the middle of the day, every weekday. This is the single most common reason someone arrives and cannot be seen, so it is worth checking before you travel:
- Mon – Thu
- Closed 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Friday
- Closed 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Note that Friday’s closure is the long one. Friday walk-in reopens later in the afternoon than it does Monday to Thursday. The front door can stay open right through the midday closure, because the pharmacy does not close with the practice.
Pharmacy hours
The pharmacy is on site but separate from Dr. Harris Hashim’s practice, and it keeps wider hours — including weekends, when the clinic itself is closed. The badge above tracks that same front-door window.
- Mon – Fri
- 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Sunday
- 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
That means you can fill or refill a prescription in the same visit as your appointment, or come back for it after the clinic has shut for the day. Prescription delivery is available.
If we are closed
If you have arrived outside the windows above, there are three things worth knowing:
- The pharmacy may still be open even when the doctor is not — its hours run later on weekdays and cover both weekend days.
- Booking is phone-only, so leaving it until the clinic reopens costs you nothing but the wait. Call (416) 681-0444 during appointment hours.
- If you are looking for a doctor you can reach as a registered patient rather than through a walk-in queue, enrolling is the fix.
Dr. Hashim is accepting new patients.
This is not an emergency department, and this page is not medical advice. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department — Toronto Western Hospital is directly across the street. Which of the two you want depends on what has happened rather than on the clock: walk-in care versus the Toronto Western Hospital emergency department.
