Hours at 750 Dundas St W

Two badges, because they answer two different questions. The Pharmacy badge tracks the front door — the widest window the building is staffed, which the on-site pharmacy sets. The Doctor badge tracks Dr. Harris Hashim’s own walk-in and appointment hours. The pharmacy badge is the right answer to “can I get in the door”; the doctor badge is the right answer to “can I see a physician”. The three windows below are the ones that decide whether you will be seen, and they are correct whether or not either badge has rendered.

The short version: if the pharmacy counter is open but the walk-in window has closed, you cannot be seen. Check the walk-in and appointment rows, not the door.

Walk-in registration is open during these windows. No appointment and no referral — arrive inside a window and bring your Ontario health card.

Monday and Thursday

9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Walk-in windows can shift day to day — the doctor and medical assistant decide that day's actual availability, so call ahead to confirm before you come.

Booked appointments run wider than walk-in at both ends of the day. If you need a set time rather than a queue, this is the schedule that matters.

Monday and Thursday, the clinic closes in the middle of the day. This is the single most common reason someone arrives and cannot be seen on those two days, so it is worth checking before you travel:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday have no midday closure at all: the clinic runs one continuous afternoon session those three days, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The front door can stay open right through the Monday/Thursday midday closure, because the pharmacy does not close with the practice.

The pharmacy is on site but separate from Dr. Harris Hashim’s practice, and it keeps wider hours — including weekends, when the clinic itself is closed. The badge above tracks that same front-door window.

That means the pharmacy counter can still be open after the doctor’s practice has shut for the day.

If you have arrived outside the windows above, there are three things worth knowing:

• The pharmacy may still be open even when the doctor is not — its hours run later on weekdays and cover both weekend days.
• Booking is phone-only, so leaving it until the clinic reopens costs you nothing but the wait. Call (416) 681-0444 during appointment hours.
• If you are looking for a doctor you can reach as a registered patient rather than through a walk-in queue, enrolling is the fix.
