Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough) in one vaccine. Call first to book.
Tetanus
Routine boosters. Walk in during walk-in hours, no call needed.
TB skin test (two-step Mantoux)
A two-step tuberculin skin test, often required for school, healthcare and work placements. Call to book.
Immunity blood tests (titres)
Lab requisitions for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) immune titres and varicella (chickenpox) immune titres. Call or ask at your visit.

What it costs
It depends on the vaccine, your age and your risk factors. Some vaccines are publicly funded in Ontario for specific groups; others are paid privately or covered by workplace, travel or student insurance. The clinic will tell you which applies to you when you book, before you attend — so you are never surprised at the counter. OHIP, UHIP and GuardMe are all accepted for the visit itself.

Forms and records
Bring any immunization record you have, including records issued outside Canada. The physician will review them with you and tell you what still needs doing — whether a foreign record counts as proof of a completed series is decided case by case, and sometimes bloodwork or repeat doses are required.
School, college, employer and childcare immunization forms can be completed at the visit. Bring the form itself rather than a photo of it where possible.

For a flu shot, you can walk in during walk-in hours — Monday and Thursday 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm; Tuesday and Saturday, with Dr. Grewal 9:00 am – 12:00 pm — or book online through the Appletree patient portal or by phone. For RSV, shingles, hepatitis A, hepatitis B and Tdap, call (416) 681-0444 first so eligibility and stock can be confirmed; these are not booked online. For any other vaccine, calling ahead is the safer choice so stock can be confirmed in advance. Walk-in hours can change from day to day. When the clinic reaches capacity, our staff may close walk-in registration early, so please call ahead to confirm before you come.
